These LEGO Series 22, 23, 24, and Disney minifigures are new in unopened packages unless the pictures within the listing show them pre opened to verify contents(some series 24). All series 25 have been opened as they are now in boxes. If you desire, I can open and reseal to confirm figures were properly identified. Keep in mind, I do not accept returns even in the extremely rare instance that a figure was misidentified (I am very good at it though!).
