First I want to mention something about assembly. Per assembly instructions, two people are needed to complete the assembly process. This is not necessarily true. Simply prop one side up evenly to the side you're working on first. Tha table is heavy, sturdy, functional with the lift top AND GREAT LOOKING! Though not solid wood, who could tell ....it's definitely quality. And a really nice change from oak, maple & other natural, wood-appearing furniture.

The Bayflynn Rectangular Lift Top Cocktail Table looks great in my living room, very sturdy. It will take 2 people to build this, it was very difficult to build solo.

This cocktail table is sturdy with a classic rustic design. It takes a little time to put together but comes with step-by-step instructions. I was able to get a great price for this table. Although it is a lift cocktail table for those who like that, but for me it fits into my decor. Its solid and I do recommend it.

Great for not so big of the living room area. With the lift function, you can do some office work while you are sitting on the couch as well.

Love this table!! The lift top meets our couch perfectly! It was fairly easy to assemble but you do need an extra set of hands near the end when securing the sides to the top
