This listing is for a vintage ceramic pillar candle holder stand by Colonial Candle - Japan. It is a cream brown color and is 5.25" tall. The square base is 4.5" wide and has a sun / snowflake / starburst design.  The circular top to the pedestal has a diameter of 6" and can hold a pillar candle up to 3.25".  I don't see any chips, but there are a few minor wax discoloration spots.
