Does not come with the hand grippers. These are attachments that fit over your hand grips.


You want to work your finger strength and you have hand grips of different weights then these will work perfectly for you. These fit on all grippers that have straight and round diameter of 3/4" or less. Works with most grippers but double check yours before purchasing. HAND GRIPPERS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Small and portable and you can work each individual finger or palm grip like in the video. These can be adjusted up to 1.5" to lighten the resistance as you increase the range away from the springs of your hand grips.  Grip area is 3.5". The average contribution during a grip work out depending on the apparatus is index 29%, middle 31%, ring 17% and pinky 13%. So strengthening your ring finger and pinky finger can even help your grip even more. Especially on heavy Dumbbell row, Deadlifts, Shrugs. Comes with a plastic insert to help protect your knurls. Tightening to tight still may damage your knurling a little bit. Best to have a set of grips that you're not worried about as much. Using these in addition to your grippers can increase your strength drastically in your fingers and hand. I myself have been using these for my hand strength work outs for heavy deadlifts and arm wrestling preparation.
