We value our 100% positive feedback and do the absolute best we can to describe the items accurately and to document obvious imperfections so that we can continue to get great ratings. However, a used item is a just that - a used item. Whether it be artwork, china toys, or clothing - there will always be imperfections. For instance, if a porcelain tea pot have crazing on the bottom - we'd point it out and photograph it. If it has faded colors - we'll let you know. But if a hand blown vase has bubbles - it might not be noted or seen in the photos. Obvious, yes, but still, we'd like to have it said so that we are on the same page in terms of expectations.
We also aim to package your items in a careful manner for secure shipments. When possible, we use UPS ground as we have found them to have quick delivery times and great customer service.
