Vintage Western Electric Rotary Phone Model DM500, Green/Mint Green Two-Toned..

This phone has been modified with the newer plug adapter that was used in that time (1980’s) when it was modified. See photo’s.

Aunt worked for Western Electric Telephone company back then (she was there about 40 years) this was her phone that was not issued to regular public as far as I know.

Phone was working when it was moved to our home, no known issues but has not been tested since then about 15 years ago. It has been kept inside, have no reason to think it shouldn’t work just fine.

Clean, no cracks or breaks on it.

It is a very pretty two toned color, not sure if it was made that way or has changed over time, my husband said when he was young he had one like it too but it was tan and it was two toned so that must have been popular back then.
