We strongly recommend expedited shipping because we understand the importance of on-time delivery for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and any other special occasions. We offer overnight and 2 day shipping for US shipments and several options for international orders.

***Non-expedited shipping service through the post office is very unreliable and delivery times are not guaranteed.

We have no control over post office delivery times. Delays through the post office are common, especially during the busy season. Please contact us to request expedited shipping to avoid delays. 

**Handling Period**

Please note our items include either a 1 day or 5 day handling period, depending on the item. Please see the Shipping & Payments section to view the exact handling period for this item. Expedited service may be available by special request.

**Courier Delivery Time**

Estimated USPS stated delivery times, posted by ebay and USPS, are typically not exact and may take longer due to USPS delays. The only guaranteed shipping period advertised is through FedEx overnight or 2nd day delivery service.

**International Shipping**

We Strongly encourage all international orders to be shipped via USPS Express priority mail or FedEx. Lower shipping methods are not guaranteed to arrive in less than 3 months (except Canada)

RESIZING IS AVAILABLE

Return Policy for Resized Items:

Resized items are returnable for a full refund for the cost of the item with the exception of eternity bands. With all items, all service fees including resizing fees are non-refundable. Eternity bands that have been resized are subject to an additional restocking fee.

Appraisals are available upon request and will not be included unless we are notified. In-house appraisals are $20 additional and appraisals made by a 3rd party GIA  graduate gemologist are $75. Please contact us soon after the listing is complete to request an appraisal.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and we will give you a full refund for the piece purchased if the item is shipped back within 30 days. Item must be in same identical condition as it was initially recieved upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning shipping. * Return policy does not apply to any custom work or any pieces that were modified (other than resizing). Resized items are returnable for a full refund for the cost of the item with the exception of eternity bands. Items that were modified or custom pieces are subject to a restocking fee upon return. Custom design fees and service/shop fees are non-refundable. Any services, modifications, custom add-ons, special orders or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

We need to be notified of the return of the item and it must arrive to us in the same condition we sent it out in. There will otherwise be a restocking fee assessed. Our jewelry is of high-quality and should remain in good condition if properly treated and maintained.

We give our best effort to take the most accurate photos possible, but often times photos do not do our beautiful jewelry justice. Please understand that color accuracy varies from monitor to monitor. The best way to determine the true look of our pieces is to take a first hand look, which we invite all of our customers to do. We offer a full refund guarantee so please rest assured and bid with confidence.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Step 1: Send us a photo or drawing of your perfect ring or piece of jewelry.

Step 2: We will provide you a full detailed estimate to meet your specific requests.

Step 3: We re-create the piece via CAD to be approved by you. We send you your choice of the design or the physical wax model. We will perform as many revisions to the CAD design as you request (within reason) until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: Once the design is approved, we will proceed to manufacture the piece until completion. We will send you photos of the finished product for approval. Though a small deposit is asked for to begin work, final payment is required only after final job approval.
