All orders are hand made to your personalisation name and age and aimed to be dispatched same day if possible. Some items take longer to make which reflect in certain prices but all made with love!!

If you are a in a hurry for your order then please be aware that orders are on a 3 day dispatch which means from date of ordering i have 3 days to dispatch this item and then estimated 2/5 working days to receive your item. I offer Tracked 24 which is guaranteed next day delivery unless ordered on a weekend and would advise using this service if you are in a hurry. 

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IN NOTES WHEN YOU NEED IT FOR, THIS IS WHAT THE ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY OPTION IS FOR AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF THIS WILL NOT REACH YOU.

Returns are not accepted as they are all individually made.
