Antique Victorian TIGER OAK Bowed Glass China Cabinet with Leaded Glass Doors & Claw Feet
DESCRIPTION
Outstanding American Bowed Glass China Cabinet.
The design elements combines fabulous tiger oak (sometimes called quarter sawn oak), leaded glass top display cabinet, bowed glass sides and front, claw feet, top carved design, half columns on either side of the door, and a mirrored back on the top cabinet.
Such a show stopper and an outstanding piece that it was previously displayed in the the home of a former antique dealer.
This is an original piece not a later reproduction. Probably from about 1890s or 1900s.
Length is about 44.75 inch, Depth is about 17 inch and Height is about 67 inch.

CONDITION
Striking piece with normal and typical aging and wear. It has been previously restored and repaired at several different times of its life. The wear is normal and appropriate to an item of this age. The leaded glass is in original condition with the appropriate shrinkage that would be normal with the significant age. There are some scratches in the glass (an example is photographed.)
