This is a Cast Iron Toy Horse for a Horse Drawn Sulky Harness Racer or Surrey.  This art piece is very displayable, high quality piece with the original paint and pleasant patina.  I cannot guarantee it is vintage as I purchased from an estate sale.  Measures approximately 7" x  5" x 1.5".
