Once full payment is made, we dispatch within 1 business day. Please ensure that the mailing address is correct as we will not take responsibility for any undelivered mail due to address submitted wrong by the buyer.
We have 3 shipping options: 2nd Second Class Royal Mail (which is free), 1st Class Royal Mail (fee) and SPECIAL ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY RECORDED DELIVERY (fee), please select which option you would like when making your purchase. At times delivery may be delayed with royal mail, please can you allow a few extra days before contacting us. If item is required on a certain date/day, please contact us and we can advise with option is best.
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with the item then we are happy to refund item within 30 days, also providing the item is sent back unused, in a sale-able condition and original packing. Please can you email us first with the issue or reason for return.
