Comics: All our comics are brand new and unread unless specified. We would like to class all our new comics as high grade and most will be naturally, allowing only for minor imperfections, but we are not certified nor professional graders of Comic Books nor do we claim to be. We handle all books with the best care we can and bag and board all comic books individually prior to postage using industry standard mailers and boxes.  Please note we use stock imagery of comic book covers provided to us by our suppliers at point of solicitation and may change prior to release. Brand new comics can come with many industry accepted flaws including but not limited to: small spine tears or creases and specifically corner wear. There is a massive amount of printing and handling processes involved prior to books even arriving to us and can be subject to other industry accepted flaws during the printing process such as ink or colour bleed or smudging and other associated print faults. Neither our suppliers and therefore ourselves can accept returns for any of the above minor faults. For customers who have specific standards with regards to grade, print and ‘perfect’ condition that require us to guarantee the above will not occur, sadly we cannot for the reasons above, and would recommend arranging a visit or hand selecting from your local comic store. If your comics arrived excessively damaged as a result of transit please see our returns and refunds policy.

Collectors: We specifically and intentionally do not advertise any of our items as ‘Mint On Card.’ Most items on our website have travelled from various countries around the world and can often experience a certain degree of travel wear. Generally they arrive to us in near perfect condition and are then packaged and sent by us with appropriate care and internal support but we CANNOT GUARANTEE this is how they will arrive through a delivery process. Mint on card Collectors are advised to contact us prior to purchase. Similarly minor faults with the actual items themselves, most notably minor scratching or paint application flaws at a manufacturer level do occur in less common instances. Buyers are welcome to contact us for photographs of the specific item they will be receiving after purchasing or request the use of premium packaging materials at an additional cost. Please contact us with any questions or specific requirements.

Refunds and Returns: If an order is made in error, or a customer changes their mind about something they order, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on return of the item, and only where it has been unused and unopened and returned to us in the exact condition it was sent in. In these cases, it is at the buyers responsibility and cost to ensure they are returned in the same condition.

Feedback: We will always leave feedback for our buyers and would encourage you to do the same. Even sometimes when things are out of our control we would prefer to hear from you and 99% of the time problems can be easily resolved with some communication.
