This is for a wonderful small Victorian / Art Nouveau / Edwardian ChildSpelter statue. The metal bust sits on a stone column and base which is bolted together. No signature or makers marker noted. Similar to Sylvain Kinsburger style and other Sculpture Artists from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. It is a great little piece of history that looks wonderful sitting among other antiques or perhaps as part of a dressing set or next to picture frames in a curio cabinet.
This vintage piece is a bust of a child with and measures: 5 inches tall x 1.5 inches wide x 1.5 inches deep.
This piece does show some age and wear to the bronze patina exposing traces of the Spelter beneath and there maybe small chips at marble base or the column, please - see all photographs, otherwise in great condition for age and a lovely piece for the time period.
