Unless the item is listed as new, all my items are sold in an “as-is, as-pictured” condition. I do not clean, alter, or repair anything. I feel it is important to let the purchaser decide if they want the item they are buying to be restored, cleaned, etc., and some people may have a preferred method of cleaning an item or have allergies to certain chemicals.

NEW items: These are items that have never been used/worn. Some may have boxes that show shelf wear, or other conditions, which will be disclosed in the listing. 
USED items: Please remember that conditions of used items is very subjective. My "very good condition" or "like-new" condition may not be your "very good condition" or "like-new" condition. Please use the listing pictures and descriptions to determine condition. Please ASK ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIOINS YOU HAVE PRIOR TO BIDDING OR BUYING.

BIDDING - I try very hard to be honest & exact in all my listings, however I am a "one-woman show", and certainly not an expert in any field. I'm sure I sometimes leave out pertinent information that I don't realize is important. If you have specific questions, please ask me prior to bidding. I would be more than happy to check again rather than have an unhappy buyer. 

*** The majority of my items come from yard sales, storage units, auctions, estate sales, etc., and are sold as-is/as-seen.  I try to include as many photographs as necessary to help you determine the condition of the item. Items come from my non-smoking, pet-free home, however I have no way of knowing if the previous owner was a smoker or had pets. If there are any offensive odors, I will disclose that in the listing description.
PAYMENT – Payment is due within 3 days. 

Some states require residents to pay sales tax, which will be added to your invoice.

SHIPPING - All fragile/breakable items are carefully packaged for shipment using bubble wrap, packing peanuts and other packing materials, as necessary. Some packing materials are new, some are clean used materials. Local pick-up is available on some items. There is a $4.00 charge for local pick-up.

BOOKS - Individual books are shipped in bubble lined mailing envelopes. If you wish to have your book shipped in a box, please let me know prior to paying for the item, as S&H may be slightly higher due to the added weight of the box. Large lots of books are shipped in boxes.
SHIPPING CHARGES - Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping charges to you zip code. The amount charged for S&H is based on the current USPS postal rates, shipping material required to safely ship your purchase, and the additional percent that EBAY charges in the way of fees for all payments collected. Frequently this cost does not cover all the fees I incur. In fact, I try to absorb some of the fees, however I am just not able to cover it all. My goal is to keep your shipping charges as low as possible while making every effort to wrap and box all items for safe shipping. When I list an item, I estimate how much the item will weigh after being properly packaged and boxed and I enter that weight into the listing. eBay's listing page then provides you with a calculated shipping from my zip code to your zip code, based on that weight. If the shipping seems higher or lower than other comparable items listed, please consider where you are located from me. It is a "calculated" cost based on the USPS postal zones. The more zones/further away you are from Florida the greater the cost. This means to ship to California, Oregon, Washington, and other west coast states is considerably more than to ship to states that are close to Florida. Please remember that S&H charges not only cover shipping costs but packing materials as well. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback regarding S&H charges.

COMBINED SHIPPING - I GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING for multiple wins paid for at the same time unless specified otherwise in the listing. NOTE: I do not combine media mail items with non-media mail items. If you are unsure if your multiple purchases can be combined, please ask. If you do plan to combine shipping for multiple wins, please wait for a combined invoice before making payment. Combined shipping is as follows: 100% of the heaviest item, 50% for the 2nd heaviest item, 25% for each additional item.
Once I receive your confirmed payment, your order will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information once the shipping label has been generated online. This information is also available through the USPS Track & Confirm website.
FEEDBACK - Your fast payment and positive communication will earn you immediate positive feedback from me. Once you receive your order, if you have any issues with any of the items you receive, please contact me PRIOR to leaving negative feedback, as most issues can be worked out reasonably. Please remember, feedback cannot be changed by the buyer or by the seller once it has been posted. Please do not base your feedback on issues that are out of my control, such as slow shipping time or damage due to mishandling of packages by the postal service. Also, please keep in mind that S&H charges not only include shipping fees, but packing material needed to safely prepare your item for shipment.
