Brand new, never used. Spiral-bound at the top, there are 70 pages, designed to be used on both sides. The cardboard covers are sturdy and provide a nice writing surface. The 4" x 8" size fits nicely in your hand and in a pocket or bag. I like this brand the best because the cardboard is heavier duty than others I've tried and holds up well.
