This mug is very clean and in like new condition - no chips, cracks or crazing - There is one tiny elevated spot (about the size of a grain of rice) on the inside of the mug handle -- I've tried to capture it the fourth picture - this is a flaw from the manufacturer.

This mug is both dishwasher and microwave safe - Made in China.
