2" Male Vent Cap Breather  

Description

This is a simple screw in green polypropylene cap that screws into the of 2″ BSP female threaded vent pipes on oil storage tanks. The temperature inside a tank can change due to the weather and different seasons, as a result the inside of the tank expands and contracts. Installing a vent cap allows the tank to breathe safely without damaging the inside of the tank.

Over time vents can become damaged allowing water or moisture into the tank (along with other debris like leaves and even the odd earwig!).

Used with PTFE tape, this thread will fit in the aperature found at the rear of Titan single skin plastic oil tanks.
