Our mugs are printed using the highest quality inks, our designs will not crack, rub or peel away.
Our mugs are brand new and made to order.

* Our prints are colourful and vibrant but some colours may appear lighter or darker than the actual print depending on your screen colour settings on your monitor.

* We print all mugs in our Australian workshop, so we can guarantee quality and time scales.

We aim to have your order in the post or with our courier within 4 normal working days of ordering, normal office hours are 9-am - 5pm Monday to Friday, order placed on the weekend will mean you'll need to wait till the next working day so please bear this in mind when ordering. During holiday periods this could be up to a week, if you are in a hurry please message us with the date you need your order by.
