Previously these bags were called cellophane bags. Nowadays, they go by a new name 'POLYBAG'. Our bags are of 2 qualities, Polypropylene or Polyprop (for short) and Polythene LDPE. Polypropylene or Polyprop is shiny and crispy. Polythene LDPE is non shiny and has a slight stretchy feel to it. They are:

Colour - Clear

Type - Self seal / Peal & Seal

Material - Polypropylene / Polythene LDPE

Punched Holes (Breathable) - 2 holes at the front and 2 holes at the back

Warning print - they have a warning print

Thickness (usually): 

Polyprop - 

10x12 to 14x17 = 25 micron / 100 gauge 

15x20 = 30 micron / 120 gauge

Polythene LDPE -

10X12 to 14x17 = 30 micron / 120 gauge

sometimes the thickness may differ slightly depending on the batch
