    Return Policy

    If you are not fully satisfied with an item purchased from us, we are happy to refund you for the price of the item or exchange to a different size / colour. Exchanges are subjected to availability of stocks. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving an item. Following requirements apply regarding any returns:

    • Items must be unused and in original condition, in the original wrapping / packaging.
    • Labels must not have been removed, and must be intact.
    • Buyer has to pay for the cost of postage.
    • Buyer is responsible for selecting a suitable postage service, which provides a written proof of postage.

    We will reimburse the cost of postage only if an item returned is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. All returns will be processed within 2 working days, and refunds will be made accordingly.
    For any return, please complete the Returns Form attached to your invoice, and send it along with the item. For speedy processing, please complete all required details including buyers EBay ID, Name and the reason for refund/ exchange. This will allow us to process your return swiftly.

    Address to be used for returns is printed on the Returns Form.

     

    Delivery Details

    Items purchased will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving the payment. You will be notified via email when an item is despatched.
