Popular Victorian children's author Juliana Horatio Ewing produce classics in her day, and all her illustrated first editions, in various formats, are hard to come by. A good example is 'Flat Iron For A Farthing' originally from 1873, but republished with illustrations by M V Wheelhouse in hardback by George Bell & Sons in 1919.

On offer is that rare 1st edition thus hardback in very good condition with just the blemishing mentioned. This vintage collectable measures 8" x 5.5" and with packaging weighs over 250g.
