This is a brand new up/down vertical replacement motor for 98-01 Dodge Ram 1500 and 98-02 Dodge Ram 2500,3500 trucks with power seats. It will bolt in to replace your factory unit. The factory style motors are discontinued, so I put together this kit as a replacement. You will have to splice your factory two wire harness into the harness I provide because the electrical plugs are different. Everything else is bolt and go. This kit will replace either the front lift motor or the rear tilt motor. If both your vertical lift motors are bad, you will need to order two kits.
Motor comes with a steel drive gear and has a lifetime warranty against gear breakage.
