For an effortless etouffée, toss some crawfish, shrimp, or chicken into our sauce blend of onions, bell peppers, celery and spices. Serve over rice and enjoy.

Ingredients: ENRICHED BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SALT, DRIED ONION, DRIED BELL PEPPER, DRIED CELERY, PAPRIKA, SPICES.


Instructions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Melt 5 tbsp butter or margarine in sauce pan. Add mix. Stir over low heat until medium brown. 2. Add 2 cups water and 1 lb peeled crawfish tails or shrimp. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir often. 3. After mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy! Also great served over pasta. Variations: Instead of crawfish or shrimp, try our Etouffee mix using pre-cooked diced chicken, turkey or venison.
