Return Policy:  30 days.  Buyer pays return shipping, and must be received within 30 days of receipt in same condition.  Refunds are only given, for returned items.  FOR THIS SALE:  Refunds/Returns are only allowed if Unopened tins/boxes remain UNOPENED.   ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN SAME CONDITION AS SOLD.  PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN PACKAGING RETURNS.  

Damaged Items:  If your item is damaged - it likely will not need to be returned. However, there are things necessary for refund.  Take several photos of the item, with the original packaging - showing the damage.  This must be sent to me, via Ebay Messages to document the damage - so that I can make a claim.  You will get a refund when this is completed - usually the same day photos are received.  Please take clear in-focus photos.  Damaged items need to be reported ASAP - not within 30 days...30 days is for a "return", not a damaged item.

Handling Time:  This is when your item is due to ship.  It requires 2 full business days to put your item in the mail.  This does not included weekends, or postal holidays.  Most the time, they will go sooner, but we have a "buffer" of this time frame.
