Packaging says for preschoolers or primary age. From the estate of a local Cat salesman who spent a lot of time in Russia and other parts of Asia for his job. Not sure if he bought them because they were using the companies equipment for the design, or if they were a sales tool? Packaging opens with a flap on the front, appears that nothing was ever removed from the package. Only light storage wear to the packaging.
