return & exchange policies within the dress industry. We allow Returns/Exchanges within 30 Days of receiving the
item. We will refund you the
item amount, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind, we do not profit
off of the restocking fee (it covers a portion of credit card fees, shipping
& handling, etc). Shipping fee goes to the courier, not us, thus
non-refundable. We can also exchange
your item for a different size/color or a different style (up to 1 time at no
additional charge). Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc.
