We understand the importance of shipping our items on a timely basis.  We will ship the same day if your order is received and paid for by 12:00 noon est (eastern standard time) Monday - Friday

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with original packing receipt.

We do not list every item in our inventory on eBay.  If you are unable to find the item you need within our eBay store, please contact us by email or phone and we will be more than happy to check our inventory and respond to you promptly.
