THE PRICE OF THE SHIPMENT INCLUDES A PRIORITY REGISTERED LETTER WITH

I am liable to cease and desist from:

a. using in the area of the European Union one of the Union trademarks EUTM 000471524 (figurative trademark Instrument-Bouquet), EUTM 000474080  (figurative trademark Organ), EUTM 000471516 (work mark PHILHARMONIKER) and/or 000469353 (work mark WIENER PHILHARMONIKER) of the Austrian Mint or similar signs for offering and/or putting into circulation of goods/services for which this trademark is protected or of similar goods/services, and in particular to cease and desist from offering and/or putting into circulation coins on which one of the aforementioned trademarks or a sign similar to these trademarks is displayed, unless these products have been put into circulation in the EEA by or with the consent of the Austrian Mint: and/or from offering and/or putting into circulation imitations, replicas or modified Vienna Philharmonic coins, without the consent of the Austrian Mint; and/or

b. reproducing or modifying coins on which copyrighted motives are depicted of which Austrian Mint owns the copyright or exclusive use rights, in particular, but not limited to, motives of the Vienna Philharmonic coins and offering and/or putting into circulation such modified coins, imitations or replicas; and/or

c. offering and/or distributing coins imitate the Vienna Philharmonic coins or are modified Vienna Philharmonic coins and thereby exploit or damage the reputation built up with  Vienna Philharmonic coins on the Austrian market in a manner contrary to unfair competition law and/or mislead the public on the Austrian mark into the wrong assumption that such coins are to be associated with the Austrian Mint.
