We try to describe things honestly, but we're human and sometimes make mistakes. All new, and electronic items are sold "As-is" and not able to be returned. If there is any problem we will be have to work with you, We value our feedback and our current Seller rating on Ebay and Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your order is placed by 10am EST (M-F) we are usually able to get it out the same day. Most orders placed by 2pm EST (M-F) will usually ship the next business day.
In order to expedite the shipping process, all items have been test (usually by two different people), carefully packed, sealed and just waiting for a label. This means we are NOT able to combine shipping charges. In the event that the Ebay shipping portal does this by mistake, we will contact you with the correct shipping charges before we ship. We do not make anything on shipping charges and we do not charge a handling fee.

We accept payment through PayPal Only and you must have a confirmed address with PayPal to purchase from us.
Shipping
We will do our best to ship the next business day on any orders placed before 2pm EST. In some cases, if your order is placed by 10am (Mon-Fri) we can usually get it out the same day!In order to expedite the shipping process, all items have been tested, carefully packed, sealed and waiting for a shipping label, which means we are not able to combine shipping charges.
We do not make anything on shipping charges and we DO NOT charge a handling fee!
We always choose what we find to be the most economical way possible (that includes tracking) to ship your product.
FYI- Shipping charges may at times see elevated due to the carriers imposing 'dimensional weight'
shipping, which takes into account the total dimensions of the package, not just the weight.

Returns - Warranty
We've got you covered! With the exception of some items that we have decided to sell AS-IS, such as all electronic items, and Items that we were not able to test for some reason, All other items are thoroughly tested and are guaranteed to be 100% functional and covered by a 24hr DOA warranty.
All returned items must be unaltered and in the same exact condition as received by the purchaser, All returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure the item is the same item sold and in the same condition sold. Items received in any other condition will refused or receive a less than full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
All returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving time. All refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.
