Ring is approx Size 6.75, and weighs about 5.23 Grams.  

Good condition with some normal wear (on the gold part) from use, but stones are in nice condition.

I assume the large center stone is a sapphire (but am not sure) and is a darker blue gray color.  Has 5 Diamonds (tested and guaranteed to be genuine diamonds).  Also, the gold was tested and guaranteed full 14K gold purity.

Suitable for a woman, or man (as a pinky ring), in my opinion.

Not sure of carat weight, but center stone is about 8mm long, by 6mm wide.  Each diamond is about 2mm in diameter.

Ring is about 7/8" tall (from bottom of base to top of Center Stone Mount. 

A terrific ring that makes a bold statement!!
