This is brand new in a sealed plastic bag. There is a small tear and shelf wear to the bag but remote is in new condition. Seal will be carefully broken to test before shipment.

There is no retail carton with this remote because it was supplied bundled with an Aver camera.

Buyer to provide two AAA batteries as none supplied with purchase.
