Hitmonchan Roller Clamp Error Base Set Holo Pokemon Card 7/102.

We see this error happen on occassion. I believe some sort of factory error where the card gets this line from a machine in some way. I haven't seen too many of these errors but they are unmistakable when you do see them. Cards holo has some scratching, backside is pretty nice shape other than where the factory error is.
