If you change your mind (up to 14 days), return it for a full refund of the amount paid. If its faulty or damaged, (report within 1 working day of receipt), we will send a replacement once the faulty or damaged item is returned. You must email us before returning anything so that we can authorise. If you prefer not to receive a replacement for a damaged or faulty item, then you may cancel the sale and return the item for a full refund. Colours are as close a match as possible and can vary slightly for many reasons including lighting, monitors etc.
