1. Packing Methods.
Our packaging methods:
If it is a single object/model, it is wrapped tightly in the bubble
foil. Then we put it in a box and fill the empty spaces with paper or a bubble
wrap.
If it is a few things, we wrap each one separately in a bubble wrap
and place it in a larger box in such a way that it will not be damaged during
transport. The free spaces are filled with paper or a bubble foil.
The metal minis are wrapped in a bubble wrap each separately to prevent
them from bumping against each other and the paint from falling off.
If it is a non-standard shipment (for example, a plastic briefcase for
models), we wrap everything in several layers of the braid film and then in
thick wrapping paper.
2.Combined shipping
We do combined shipping and encourage you to do it! In this way you save
on shipping costs. If you intend to buy several items, please buy the items you
have chosen but do not pay for them immediately. This will allow us to send you
a collective invoice containing the costs of all items and a discount on the
shipping costs. Usually, you pay only once for the cost of shipping, however,
we reserve the right to increase the shipping fee for heavy international
packages or unusual shipping destinations.
3.International Postage.
International buyers are very welcome and we do everything to meet the
individual requirements of each client.
4.Feedback, questions.
If it happens that you will somehow be dissatisfied with our service,
please contact us immediately via 'contact seller' on eBay before you even open
the case. We will depend on customer satisfaction and we do everything to
correct our mistakes.
In addition to this if you have any questions about the items sold, you
look after some special model or would like to change the packaging or shipping
system in some way, do not hesitate to contact us, we want to adjust to your
needs.
5.Returns
Full refunds are given no question ask as long as return request is
communicated under 30 days of receiving the order*.
If your
return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our
support team, and they’ll do everything in their power to help you out.
In addition, you have the right to return and we pay the shipping costs
if:
- The item we have sold is not as described.
- The item we have sold is damaged or damaged during transport**.
*Customer
will have to cover their own shipping cost
**For
damaged goods, please contact us with a picture of a damage to get a
replacement or refund for return.
