I will work on your console the day it arrives and keep you up to date on it. Except Saturday and and Sunday, we are off on weekends.

Please add a note to your console so I can get in contact with you and send it it back ASAP..You can send the whole console, or, if you feel comfortable with disassembling it, you can ship the motherboard alone, I do not however,have donor consoles for the PlayStation 5 to test without the whole unit getting sent to me (cables aren’t needed).

Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the Ps5 console only to us. You pay for shipping, so you can choose any service you want and any shipping speed you so desire. Purchase the repair, and I will send you the address to ship the unit to us. I will work on your console and let you know when I do the same day I get it, depending on the time of day, I will try to ship back your console same day or next day (if it isn’t holiday or the postal service isn’t closed).

4. Once received it will enter our repair queue, out turn around time is normally 1-2 business days. This can change with work load and holidays.

5. We will ship your device back the same day repairs are completed if before 3:00 p.m. est (Priority return shipping is included in your purchase)

I agree to release, indemnify, and hold Delta Electronics from liability for any claims or damages including permanent loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on my electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of Delta Electronics or its agent. Any damage or loss due to Delta Electronics sole negligence will be limited to the actual cost to repair or replace the item(s) with item(s) of comparable value and condition when sent in for repair. To avoid any kind of unwanted claims we are recording our repairs live YouTube channel so this will give us the evidence for the work we have done on your console for that we Delta Electronics requesting the following authorization .I authorize Delta Electronics to record the video of my console repair.The comparable value in such instances will be determined by Delta Electronics . I understand that Delta Electronics is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my electronic device. I also understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure. I understand that Delta Electronics will not browse through any personal, private or confidential information or data; however, technicians may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. I understand that any confidential data should be removed from the device prior to having repair work performed on the device. I understand that Delta Electronics is not responsible for delivered items that are unable to be located or have been stolen. I understand that if I cancel my repair within the time it takes Delta Electronics to fix my device(s), a $15 cancellation fee may apply per repair and the customer will be charged actual return shipping on mailed in devices. I understand that if I cancel a special order, a $15 cancellation fee may apply per special order. All Non repairable devices that have been previously repaired or opened may be subject to a $15 bench fee. All devices that are sent in with Bugs or water damage will be returned and the customer will be refunded minus return shipping.
