Original British (Commonwealth) Rifle Slings for No1, No4 and No5 Rifles (Carbines).  These have canvas marks for maker and country of origin (random).
The steel ends were a WW2 expedient / standards deviation.
Unused WW2 stock was sent to the Netherlands for their cold war army and these then received their stores tags - dated to the 1960's.  Early war and post war brass ends can be unused uor used as indicated - used can have some Blanco residue and paint.
Post war / cold war made webbing is color died Green (to keep pace with the '44 pattern webbing) and features British maker marks and cold war dates.  Install with metal ends through the rifle sling swivels and hooks out.
