This is a 1978 Original STAR WARS CUBES PUZZLE made in Spain.

This item is quite difficult to find in any condition at all.

ABOUT THIS ITEM:

This puzzle has ALL of it's 30 paper cubes that allow to form 6 different Star Wars images by simply rotating the cubes in proper order.

This cubes puzzle was made by the very well-known Spanish manufacturer "Borrás" and it came with sheets of paper showing the images that can be created, which are NOT included in this sale.

Since this was originally a product for children (now it is a very sought after collector’s item), building the different images can be easily done, so the sheets are really not needed in order to complete the images.

BOX:

The box measures 28.5 x 24 x 5 cm. ( 11.25" x 9.5" x 2" ) approx. 

As can be seen in the many pictures provided, the box has visible damage and its prior owner added a non-removable plastic covering to protect it.

Please notice that the cover inside has drawings on it.

INNER TRAY:

The inner tray has also been reinforced but this time with thick, transparent tape that has become a bit yellowish with the passing of time.

The tray does it’s job holding the pieces, but please notice that its base has scribbling on it.

CONTENTS / PIECES:

This toy / game is 100% COMPLETE, as it has all of its 30 cardboard cubes.

The cubes never came protected in any way (they are "raw cardboard" so to speak) and they are in nice condition for a used, 40+ years old toy.

However please notice that, as shown in the pictures, some of those super-delicate cubes have a bit of damage like a bit of sunking and creases.

This is basically because this is an extremely delicate, heavily used 45 years old item.

OTHER COMMENTS:

This item is really hard to find in even half decent condition and, as you can see, it is an incredibly cool STAR WARS COLLECTOR'S PIECE... and the kind of rare item that will make your collection even more special!!!
