COLLECTION  

Our collection addresses are our Phyllis Tuckwell Shop in Camberley, 5/7 Obelisk Way, GU15 3SD, and our  

Furniture Showroom in Farnham, Dogflud Way, GU9 7SW. We are open 10am to 4pm - Monday to Friday.  

We are available for Saturday collection but please contact us beforehand.  

Items listed as ?Collection Only? are too large, heavy or fragile for transit and cannot be posted by us  

as we do not have the resources to package them.  

POSTAGE 

As we are a charity, we always aim to cover all postage and packaging costs with our rates,  

we do not make any profit from this.  

Our items are sent tracked by Evri (Formerly Hermes). Please let us know before paying if you would prefer your item to be sent via a different courier. For items valued over £50, we add a signature on delivery for extra security. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and Evri take 2-4 working days for delivery - this may be slightly delayed during busy periods. 

We offer international postage through eBay?s GSP.  

COMBINED POSTAGE 

We are happy to combine orders when possible, please let us know, and we can send you a  

combined invoice with the lowest postage price possible. 

RETURNS 

We offer a 30 day return policy if you change your mind, alongside the eBay Money Back Guarantee  

if the item is damaged or faulty.  

If you have any issues with the item you have purchased, please contact us before opening a case or leaving feedback. We will work hard to resolve any issues as soon as possible, with the best possible outcome for our customers.
