USS MACON ZRS-5 Naval Zeppelin Flight Cover USS SAN FRANCISCO, Mare Island Naval Shipyard, October 27, 1934, with Sunnyvale Chamber Cachet.  Listed in Mellone's Ullmann as #39.1 for this date.     

This cover commemorates the 26th flight of the USS Macon from Moffett Field around the San Francisco Bay Area for Navy Day, 1934.                         

Condition is as shown in the pics.  The cover has an open flap with gum intact (not shown) and shows minimal toning - it is in quite nice shape.               

Mellone's Ullmann reports 40 covers made and values this cover at  $40.00.
