Hello, up for purchase is a very fun hat from the 1960's.  It's completely done in royal blue and kelly green feathers.  The feathers are covered in royal blue netting to keep the feathers in place and it gives them a flowing look.  The hat has a mod look with its bubble silhouette.  It also has royal blue trim in the front and sides with a small bow as an accent.  The circumference of the hat is approx. 21 inches.  The hat itself is in very good condition with the exception of some discoloration on the inner rim of the hat most likely due to makeup or hairspray.
