Cute 1980s baby toy by Disney and Arco. Features Baby Mickey and Baby Minnie riding a rocking horse. When wound, it plays "Wish Upon a Star." Its designed to sit atop a crib rail and rock backwards and forwards. The strap that goes under the cot rail and attaches to each side has broken, but the toy still rocks and changes direction when placed on the floor. Hard plastic aside from the heads, which are hard rubber.
