1957 Little Miss Addie Advertising Doll Mint Condition in Original Mailer Box.  The doll is attributed to the block company and was an advertising premium you could purchase by mail with a box top.  I believe she advertised soap.  She's quite a beautiful little doll, hard plastic with sleep eyes she is in pristine condition box does show shelf wear.  I don't believe she was ever removed from the mailer and she is in estate sale find.
