We ask that you study all photos carefully as some items may come with minor defects or marks , and whilst we try to point these out we may not point out what is considered to be such a small defect or mark that it is not noticeable

Should you have any issue, please contact us first through the eBay contact seller section, where we will endeavour to resolve the situation to mutual satisfaction

 If you wish to return an item please do so through the official eBay returns procedure so a replacement or refund can be arranged as necessary

All our items are donated and to enable us to obtain as much proceeds as possible to go towards the good work our charity does, we will not accept offers but will offer reductions from time to time
