-BOTH COMMEMORATING WORLD WAR 1 WORLD PEACE!  (valued at $350)

it READSWorld War 1 officially came to an end at 11 a.m. on November 11, 1918 - the 11th Hour of the 11th Day of the 11th Month - with an armistice between Germans and the Allies, including the UNITED STATES Celebrations took place across EUROPE and the UNITED STATES to welcome peace after more than four years of WAR. The TREATY OF VERSAILLES, which was signed on JUNE 28th, 1919, formally brought the war to an end. THE 1921 PEACE SILVER DOLLAR IN 1921, inspired by the end of WORLD WAR I, the U.S. Mint planned a silver dollar to commemorate world peace. Anthony de Francisci, won a competition among eight prominent sculptors the right to design the new coin. The model for Liberty on the front of the coin was de Francisci's wife, Teresa. The eagle on the back was perched on a rock inscribed with the word "peace." Significantly, the eagle held only the olive branch of peace instead of the usual olive branch and arrows of war, which appeared on silver dollars in the past. The design was done in Art Deco, a popular design style in the United States in the 1920's. Production of 1921 Peace silver dollars took place for only six days, from December 26 to 31, 1921. All coins were struck with high-relief images and were made only at the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia. The high relief proved difficult to strike, so the design was modified to low relief in 1922. The 1921 coin was only full year if high-relief images, and it was also the year with the lowest mintage quantity.

After doing a little more research, I found in the book, comprehensive catalog and encyclopedia of Morgan and PEACE DOLLARS written by Leroy Van Allen and George Melis fourth edition. It appears that the 1921 PEACE DOLLAR was ONLY MINTED FOR THREE DAYS, from December 29th through December 31st, 1921.
