While these bulbs are brand NEW....they have been on a shelf for many, many, many years.   Therefore, each bulb may have some cosmetic imperfections (due to the age of the bulbs).  Gravity has pulled on these bulbs for 50 years.  Check out my photos for examples of the minor imperfections.  Most of the time, the imperfections can be turned to the back, so that you don't even know they are there when the bulb is lit.  We test every bulb that goes out to make sure it works before it ships.  If you have any questions about the bulbs, please ask!
