1967 is a memorable year for cream, and indeed for rock history.
In December 66, Cream released their debut album, and in 67, they held a number of live stages where they could demonstrate their performance ability, and the rumor spread not only in the UK but around the world.
And he won a contract with the prestigious American Atlantic Records.
His second album, Disraeli Gears, which would become a blues rock classic, was recorded in May and released in the fall.

London in the spring of 1967.
Jimi Hendrix had a hit with Purple Hayes and The Beatles were about to announce Sargent Peppers.
I hope you can feel the atmosphere of the time when the wave of psychedelics comes over Swinging London.
