What you need to know before you purchase a shade sail
Measurements of the shade sails are taken from the buckle to buckle along the nominal straight line, they are manufactured with a curve so that the tension can be applied evenly across the surface, if the sails were a square piece of fabric with no curved edges, there would be no way to tension the shade sail. Curvature is generally around 5-7%. If you are looking for a shade sail made as a panel with no curvature then please contact us for a custom quote. Australian customers - Items are delivered by Australia Post with up-to-date tracking and a signature is required on delivery.
We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours of receiving your payment. We do have a quick and reliable delivery service but times can sometimes vary depending on your location. Please allow more time for remote deliveries.
