This boxed set of 16 Bird Seed Hearts is home and hand crafted. It's a great gift for a friend or yourself as well as the birds!  Each one is solid and the 16 of them together weighs about 2 1/2 lbs.  They each measure 3 x 3 x 1 inches and comes as a group, double layered in a box, nestled in paper.  So fun to give to a child or a friend, to introduce them to a lifelong hobby of birding! I have sold online and at craft shows for about 17 years now, 10 on Etsy! and my customers rave about the variety of birds these attract.  I make these up continually fresh and dry them in the sun.  They hold up in snow and wet weather also!  Price is for all 16 and I pay priority mail shipping!

Available in:

* Millet and Sunflower mix - Premium Seed mix - White millet, black oil and striped sunflower, cracked corn, sunflower chips, safflower seed. Attracts Cardinals, Titmice, Juncos, Grosbeaks, Sparrows, Chickadees, Finches, Nuthatches, Siskins, Woodpeckers as well as other seed eating birds.

 * Shelled Sunflower and nuts (no waste, there are no shells!) Sunflower hearts, peanuts, Pistachios, hulled pumpkin seed dried cranberries. Will attract Songbirds, Nuthatches, Cardinals, Grosbeaks, Finches, Jays, Woodpeckers as well as other seed loving birds.

The seed is bound with plain food gelatin and sun dried. I also add all natural cayenne pepper to help repel squirrels, (it doesn't bother the birds), or let me know if you don't want that added.  My own design with internal support makes it last on the tree till the end.  Hang it in a tree, shepherds crook or even from a deck rail. These are light weight and easy to hang on shrubbery also.  Ribbons and decoration may vary.  If you prefer any particular color, just let me know and I can customize your request. Thanks for looking!

My passion in life revolves around Animal Welfare and Wildlife & Environmental Conservation. Your patronage helps me support many local conservation groups.
