• Same day dispatch for items purchased and paid for before 1pm on any business day, we guarantee delivery within 2 business days.
• Within 3 days for items purchased after 1pm, as dispatch is processed in the next working day.
• Pallet deliveries usually within 3 working days. Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the big items on pallet. Failing to do so will result in delivery delay and extra delivery charges may be applied for every repeated attempt.
• Collection in person is possible from our company address within 7 days of item being purchased and during normal business hours: 9am - 5pm (Mo-Fr), and 9am - 4pm (Sat). Please contact us before collection to have your item ready upon your arrival.
• International Shipping cost will be quoted upon request.

Pandemic disruptions may affect our parcel collection facilities which can lead to longer delivery times.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend having your items shipped to a business address during regular business hours. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it for any visible damage. If the item is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package and notify the courier. It is important to also sign for the item as "Damaged" as it will affect the item eligibility for a refund.

Once your item has been picked up by the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number. We kindly request that you wait at least 3 days before reporting any delays in delivery. If you have not received your item within 7 days, you may cancel the order and we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

We offer only high-quality, thoroughly inspected original parts that have been dismantled by our team. Each item is checked for quality, functionality, and any defects before being stored. Before shipment, they are inspected again to ensure they meet our standards. In the event your item arrives damaged, is not as described, or is the incorrect item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. However, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or if the item is marked as properly delivered with no reported damages. If a return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, or you can arrange for your own shipping and we will reimburse you for the cost, depending on the reason for the return.
