VTG SCHMIDT'S LIGHT BEER OF PHILADELPHIA PA WOOD CLOCK. SCHMIDT & SONS 1970.  The clock movement has been replaced with a new AA battery powered one.  Clock measures approx. 13.75" X 10.5"  There is some minor signs of wear/use.  Please see pictures, as they are part of the description.
